Coaching with Heidi Verticchio

Hello! I’m Heidi, your coach on your educational journey to success as you transition to your advanced degree.

How it works

Values -based Coaching

My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that graduate admissions is not just a checklist or a to-do list. It’s a reflective process that benefits from clarity, self-awareness, and support. Through individualized guidance, I help students connect their experiences to their goals, strategically strengthen their application, and approach the process with confidence and well-being in mind. I’m here to guide you on this journey.

Authenticity

I help students tell their stories honestly and thoughtfully. I offer guidance without scripting or trying to guess what programs want to hear.

Balance

I support realistic timelines, manageable goals, and sustainable effort. Stress and uncertainty are part of the process, however, they don’t need to be the driver.

Growth Mindset

I help students reflect on their growth over time rather than focusing on isolate metrics. Every life experience can offer insight.

Connection

I offer individual and group coaching experiences focusing goal alignment.

Reflections
